This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop engaging design assets informed by data.
• Create motion graphics and video content tailored for social media platforms.
• Transform existing video materials into effective advertising units.
• Work collaboratively with media and content teams.
• Enhance Directive's marketing initiatives with innovative creative assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
• Partner with teams to align with business objectives.
• Design and execute A/B tests utilizing CRO tools.
• Perform user research and conduct usability testing.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic skills in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, such as A/B Testing.
• Eagerness to keep up with industry trends.
