This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Actively listen to the requirements of shop owners.
• Communicate effectively to identify areas members wish to enhance or rectify.
• Analyze financial statements, assess competitors, and evaluate business practices.
• Create a new business model or formulate recommendations and present them to clients.
• Uphold customer satisfaction within the program (CSI Scores).
• Ensure client and staff attendance in classes.
• Track the progress of members within the program.
• Provide research and content for articles, classroom materials, and training resources.
• At least 10+ years of comprehensive automotive experience, with a strong emphasis on collision damage analysis writing.
• Experience in operations management, ideally within an independent operation.
• Strong understanding of automotive business principles.
• A minimum of 4+ years in teaching, instructing, and mentoring small business owners or employees.
• Proven track record in consultative management, employee development, and business management.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in accounting or P&L management.
• Background in marketing and online/social media strategies.
• Strong writing abilities with a passion for contributing articles to industry publications.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
