This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop strategy based on objectives (awareness, consideration, lead generation, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue attribution).
• Create channel plans (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display/Programmatic), budget allocation by funnel stage, and define testing hypotheses.
• Prepare briefs for the agency (or in-house team) outlining goals, ICP target, messaging, assets, timeline, and SLAs.
• Ensure consistency in tagging (UTMs), campaign naming, and tracking parameters.
• Design and manage automation flows (nurture, post-conversion, re-engagement, enterprise ICP nurture).
• Oversee database hygiene, segmentation, and deduplication; ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian data protection law).
• Implement scoring/lead grading aligned with MQL criteria, establishing SLA with Sales (Pipedrive) and site/WordPress integration.
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests (creatives, offers, audiences, bids, landing pages, forms).
• Execute incrementality tests when relevant (geo tests, holdouts).
• Maintain an experiments backlog prioritized by ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) with a biweekly review cadence.
• Create and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio) with views segmented by channel, campaign, and funnel (Lead→MQL→SQL→Sale).
• Monitor and enhance CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and MQL→SQL conversion rates.
• Analyze drops and variations in traffic quality, offers/CTAs, creatives, landing pages, sales response time, and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Communications to co-create high-conversion pages and forms (UX writing, digital accessibility, performance).
• Identify funnel frictions and suggest improvements (content, social proof, offers, chat, lead magnet, webhook, web-to-lead).
• Uphold naming standards, UTMs, metrics dictionary, and QA of events in GA4/GTM.
• Conduct weekly results rituals and prepare strategic Marketing Reports (MRs) for leadership with actionable insights.
• Perform monthly goal/OKR reviews and provide recommendations for the upcoming quarter.
• Work closely with Comms/Content on offers, creatives, and the editorial calendar with a performance-centric approach.
• Collaborate with Sales/SDR on SLA for speed and quality, along with feedback on ICP.
• Partner with Product/CS on activation, upsell, and advocacy strategies.
• Conduct light asynchronous daily checks (pacing & anomalies).
• Hold weekly meetings with the agency/internal team for optimization.
• Review the experiments backlog biweekly (ICE prioritization).
• Produce strategic Marketing Reports on a monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual basis (insights, learnings, plans).
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with leadership (OKRs, budget, growth roadmap).
• Proven experience in managing paid media with an emphasis on B2B/B2B2C demand generation.
• Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (preferably RD Station).
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, event configuration, and integrations.
• Understanding of attribution (preferably data-driven when available, comparative models) and a basic grasp of incrementality.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, charts) and Looker Studio.
• Ability to write clearly for executive reports and briefings.
