This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop static advertisement concepts and quick variations for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Native placements.
• Convert brand assets and customer challenges into advertisements intended to test particular hooks and purchasing motivations.
• Produce "Native-style" ads (inspired by user-generated content, focused on problems, and possessing an organic feel) as well as "Designed" ads (benefit-oriented, featuring comparison charts, and product-centric layouts).
• Operate from concise briefs to discover distinctive angles, fostering "advertorial-style" thinking without the need for extensive guidance.
• Leverage creative testing data to enhance successful concepts and phase out underperforming visuals.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with consumer brands (expertise in Health, Wellness, Beauty, or Fitness is a significant advantage).
• A portfolio showcasing actual paid social advertisements instead of merely general branding or web design work.
• Capability to analyze creative performance in relation to ROAS, CTR, and CPA metrics.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to boost speed, volume, and creative diversity.
• A comprehension of what appears "natural" in a social media feed as opposed to what seems like an overly produced advertisement.
