Per Diem RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical care and education asynchronously to members within the scope of RN practice.

• Assist clinicians in the review and preparation of prescriptions, ordering labs, and checking the state PDMP, among other tasks.

• Collaborate with clinicians to share lab and imaging results with members, as well as address medical inquiries from members and external entities.

• Work with Member support/navigation to facilitate the completion of clinical forms or paperwork.

• Collaborate with referral specialists for specialty referrals, including generating referrals at the clinician's request when necessary.

• Support and engage in Quality Assurance activities.

• Provide injection training through individual or group video meetings with members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license is required, with a strong preference for a license that is part of the NLC compact states, enabling coverage across 35 states.

• Clinical experience in serving the LGBTQAI+ community is essential.

• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.

• A strong desire to ensure all patient inquiries are thoroughly addressed and that patients are connected with appropriate resources and referrals beyond our scope.

• Excellent decision-making abilities and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills that facilitate timely task completion and patient follow-up, especially in a remote work setting.

• Proven experience working with diverse populations, considering factors such as race, ethnicity, economic status, and educational background.
