Per Diem Nurse Practitioner, TX License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional care to Galileo patients handling complex and chronic health issues through our cutting-edge, proprietary app and your outstanding clinical judgment.

• Offer compassionate and empathetic support to patients aged 0-100, addressing all needs, including intricate chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and mental health issues.

• Engage with a diverse patient community. We take pride in cultivating a culture that embraces individuals from all backgrounds.

• Resolve patient concerns swiftly and effectively by utilizing resourcefulness, collaborating with team members to harness their expertise, and adopting a proactive “can-do” mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 5 years of advanced clinical experience in complex care, chronic care management, or primary care.

• Have experience in or a strong desire to learn about digital-first healthcare (e.g., virtual medicine).

• Show interest in innovative care models that integrate evidence-based practices with creative solutions.

• Be highly proficient in using technology and various applications to provide virtual patient care. Our current tech stack includes:

• Proprietary built clinician-patient platform

• Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)

• Slack

• Hold certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

• Maintain active state licensure in TX, with the capability to acquire additional state licenses.

• Fluency in medical Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills, is a plus.
