This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide remote oversight of a team of RNs, conducting chart audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Evaluate and document the health status of new patients.

• Support the annual staff review process, including competency assessments of skills.

• Maintain clear communication with referring and prescribing providers regarding order clarifications, patient status updates, and care plans.

• Work remotely, but must be located in and possess a valid license in Georgia, with working hours ranging from 4 to 8 hours per week based on demand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid NP license in Georgia.

• Medicare PTAN is preferred.

• Board certification through ANCC or AANP is required.

• Current BLS CPR certification is necessary.

• Strong IV skills are essential, with infusion therapy experience being a plus.

• Experience and proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems are required.
