PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee functional tasks for a PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade initiative

• Accountable for both functional and technical support during the upgrade project

• Evaluate requirements, configuration, customization, and testing across both functional and technical areas

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM (preferably version 9.x)

• Proficient in gathering functional requirements and technical configuration/development

• Ability to configure PeopleSoft HCM modules in line with functional specifications

• Experience in developing or modifying PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and integration components

• Assist in requirements sessions and contribute to the documentation of functional and technical designs

• Create and implement test scripts to verify configurations and customizations

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrade projects and knowledge of upgrade tools/methodologies

• Understanding of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, web services, and interface development

• PeopleSoft certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
