📋 Description

• Develop a comprehensive company-wide strategy that aligns with Astrafy’s fundamental values.

• Establish and articulate our employer brand and value proposition to draw in top-notch talent in data and AI consulting.

• Utilize AI-driven methods to proactively discover new sourcing avenues.

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, taking full responsibility for the employee lifecycle—from identifying initial staffing requirements with managers to ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

• Nurture a culture of "Solution-Seekers" where team members embrace extreme ownership.

• Promote clear, concise, and constructive communication throughout the organization.

• Create a rational, transparent, and data-informed compensation system.

• Significant experience or a strong interest in utilizing AI tools for automation (such as automated screening, AI scheduling, or process workflows).

• Advanced analytical capabilities for compensation and talent data modeling.

• An outstanding communicator and influencer with a high emotional intelligence (EQ).
