This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take ownership of and enhance our primary HR systems (e.g., ZenHR and associated government portals), ensuring they remain accurate, clean, and consistently updated.
• Propel automation within People operations, minimizing manual tasks related to contracts, onboarding, payroll entries, and employee records.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience from contract generation to system access and first-day preparedness.
• Collaborate closely with People Ops, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to guarantee data consistency across all processes.
• Supervise payroll entries and promptly identify discrepancies, particularly regarding compensation frameworks and benefits arrangements.
• Sustain and enhance government portal procedures to ensure compliance and precision in employee documentation.
• Ensure data integrity across all HR systems (eliminating duplicate records, resolving broken workflows, and avoiding “we’ll fix it later” data liabilities).
• Create and maintain straightforward documentation and user manuals so the broader People team can effectively utilize the systems.
• Constantly pinpoint gaps in workflows and suggest improved, quicker, and more scalable operational methods.
• Assist in reporting requirements by ensuring systems can reliably generate precise HR and People metrics.
• 3-5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or People Systems roles (experience with implementation or system management is a significant advantage).
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as ZenHR, SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.
• Basic understanding of compensation structures and the ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
• Comfortable navigating government portals and structured compliance workflows (or capable of quickly adapting).
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring that broken data or inconsistent records do not go unnoticed.
• Proficient in systems thinking and enjoy streamlining complex workflows.
• Able to operate effectively in environments where full automation is not yet achieved, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively across teams and collaborate seamlessly with People Ops, Finance, and HR leadership.
• Organized, methodical, and inherently driven by deadlines.
