This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Administration and operations of HR functions
• Management of contracts: Onboarding, offboarding, and modifications
• Monitoring of vacations and absences
• Coordination with administration
• Oversight of internal policies
• Management and updating of employee databases
• Maintenance and organization of internal documentation
• Recruitment and selection processes
• Posting job offers
• Resume screening and interview coordination
• Contact and follow-up with candidates
• Conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with managers
• Manage feedback and communication with candidates
• Monitor the selection pipeline
• Onboarding and employee experience
• Prepare for new hires' integration
• Coordinate access, materials, and tools
• Explain internal policies
• Follow up on adaptation
• Resolve employee inquiries
• Support during the initial months
• Assist in initiatives for culture, engagement, and internal communication (recognition, team dynamics, employer branding)
• Logistical coordination of training and internal dynamics
• Monitor workplace climate and performance evaluations along with feedback processes
• Address basic team inquiries regarding policies, processes, and tools
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Help structure simple, clear, and efficient processes
• Support in the implementation of HR tools and reporting
• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a Master's in Human Resources
• Operational English proficiency
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR handling contracts, vacations, leaves, workdays, and labor documentation
• Proficient in competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment
• Good command of digital tools (Excel, Zoho CRM, sourcing on LinkedIn)
• Experience with automation tools is a plus
• Experience in remote environments is also a plus
