People Partner, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the EMEA People Partner for both managers and employees.

• Adapt global People programs for local implementation.

• Provide daily assistance and promote employee engagement initiatives.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle within EMEA.

• Ensure adherence to local employment laws and practices.

• Facilitate the alignment of global People processes with EMEA standards.

• Maintain a strong emphasis on data accuracy and readiness for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Business Partner.

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient understanding of employment laws and HR practices in EMEA countries.

• Practical experience with the employee lifecycle.

• Advanced proficiency with HRIS platforms, with preferred experience in UKG.

• Strong analytical abilities to detect trends in people data.

• Experience working collaboratively with external vendors and advisors.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
