This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Serve as a trusted People Partner for Loopers within the India Hub, collaborating closely with leaders and employees to enhance engagement, development, and retention.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by implementing engagement strategies, advocating for company culture, and spearheading local employee experience initiatives.
• Assist managers with coaching, providing feedback, and conducting performance discussions while guiding employees in exploring career advancement opportunities.
• Ensure that People policies, compensation, and benefits comply with local labor regulations and company practices, working in conjunction with legal and finance teams as necessary.
• Collaborate with leaders on organizational changes, team effectiveness, and ongoing improvement efforts.
• Facilitate the implementation of global People programs in India, such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination (Deel), and compliance matters.
• Offer guidance to employees and managers regarding workplace issues, conflict resolution, and best practices in accordance with Loopio values.
• Assist with local in-person events, team gatherings, and celebrations that reinforce Loopio’s culture in India.
• Manage partnerships with coworking spaces and oversee vendor relationships to ensure that remote employees have access to the necessary workspace and resources.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist/People Partner role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll procedures, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust with employees and leaders, balancing business goals with employee needs.
• Practical experience with employee relations, performance management, and engagement strategies.
• Comfortable assisting managers with feedback, performance, and employee relations discussions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a background in managing office operations and logistics.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining connectivity with the global People team.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams is considered an asset.
