This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Take ownership or provide support for the execution of essential HR processes, ensuring a consistent experience for employees throughout their tenure at Fluxon.
• Act as a friendly and dependable point of contact for team members, addressing daily inquiries, resolving issues when possible, and directing complex matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in implementing various employee programs and initiatives.
• Remain adaptable, as Fluxon is continuously evolving, presenting opportunities for projects that may not yet be envisioned.
• Help organize and carry out employee lifecycle events, such as onboarding, benefits administration, offboarding, and more.
• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll and 401(k) contributions in a timely manner.
• Aid in the logistical coordination of performance review cycles and other recurring HR programs.
• Support essential compliance tasks, including I-9s, state registrations, leave documentation, and more.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.
• Strong working knowledge of the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance fundamentals, and employee support.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive, confidential information.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple recurring processes and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable adhering to established procedures and escalating decision-making to senior team members when needed.
• A proactive attitude with a "no task too small" mentality—enthusiastic about learning and advancing within People Operations.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting a distributed or remote workforce.
