This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Reports to the Senior People Director – Europe
• Works in collaboration with European and global HR teams as well as cross-functional partners
• Oversees the entire employee life cycle
• Creates and executes HR policies and procedures
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of prior HR operations experience, including 3 to 5 years in an international setting
• Demonstrated experience with employment-related laws and regulations across multiple European countries
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
