• Oversee a substantial volume of People Services tickets utilizing a Jira-based ticketing system.
• Conduct administrative functions within Workday (HRIS).
• Carry out data entry and manage spreadsheet-intensive operational tasks with exceptional accuracy.
• Deliver support to employees, acting as an internal customer service representative.
• Assist with onboarding processes and the onboarding/offboarding of contractors as you acclimate.
• Recognize and apply process enhancements, including opportunities for automation through AI tools.
• Undertake additional operational projects as required by the team.
• Must be located on the East Coast (firm requirement).
• Proficiency in Jira and Workday is essential.
• Experience in at least one startup or high-growth company is required.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with a pay rate of $75/hr, non-negotiable.
• Experience managing tickets with a focus on volume or metrics.
• Familiarity with the contractor workforce lifecycle.
• Participation in two 30-minute interviews with team members is expected.
• Preferred: Ticket resolution metrics included on the resume (agent rankings, one-touch rates).
• Experience in process documentation: playbooks, documentation libraries, or training guides authored.
• Experience with Workday implementation tenants.
• Administration of background checks (Checkr, vendor coordination, escalation workflows).
• Experience with I-9 and compliance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across functions with Payroll, Legal, or IT departments.
