People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and implement comprehensive people operations processes, which encompass onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employment documentation.

• Ensure employee records are accurate and consistently maintained across HRIS systems, guaranteeing data integrity at all times.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.

• Assist in managing compensation and benefits programs across various countries in LATAM.

• Identify areas of inefficiency in existing HR processes and suggest scalable solutions to enhance the employee experience.

• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure adherence to local labor laws.

• Organize and monitor essential workflows and milestones within the People team, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Create HR reports and people metrics to facilitate informed decision-making throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Over 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist roles, or similar positions.

• Strong understanding of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, or similar tools.

• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations in at least one LATAM country; experience across multiple countries is advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — you engage effectively with everyone.

• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
