People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Utilize the HRIS system to conduct transactions, assist employees, and support internal stakeholders.

• Offer HR assistance directly to employees and internal partners regarding inquiries about: Benefits, Compensation, HR Policies, Relocation, Payroll, HR Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, ServiceNow), general HR queries, Mobility and Immigration, among other areas.

• Manage administration, communication, and processing in support of essential HR functions.

• Collaborate closely with other People functions and HR Business Partners to implement HR operational processes and services, focusing on employee experience and data accuracy.

• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on fundamental HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure confidentiality of critical HR data and projects. Participate in system testing and provide support for HR Operations related program implementations, new systems, and processes.

• Document, maintain, and communicate essential HR processes to users and partners.

• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of the HR ecosystem (payroll, IT, compensation, benefits, legal).

• At least 3 years of experience managing HR processes in the Americas, involving the coordination of operational and project tasks, as well as direct customer/employee inquiries.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
