This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, compensation adjustments, probation workflows, and various employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure operational consistency and data precision across all People systems and platforms.
• Facilitate collaboration among PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk for effective execution.
• Assist in the operational management and administration of People-related tools alongside the Service Desk and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor operational deadlines, interdependencies, and identify process gaps.
• Enhance SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
• Support initiatives aimed at automation and operational standardization.
• Participate in the creation of an AI-enhanced internal People Knowledge System.
• Aid in the development of scalable People Operations processes that can evolve with the organization.
• Minimum of 3 years in operational coordination, people operations, business operations, or in process-intensive environments.
• Excellent skills in operational coordination and process management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality of execution.
• Capability to handle multiple workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ownership mentality and proactive follow-up practices.
• A mindset oriented towards systems and process thinking.
• Genuine interest in automation, AI tools, operational scalability, and process optimization.
• Ability to streamline operations while maintaining accuracy and control.
• Comfortable in settings where processes are still being developed and refined.
• Experience with operational platforms and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, benefits platforms, etc.; familiarity with HiBob is a significant advantage).
• Strong communication abilities and skills in stakeholder coordination.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
