This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acts as a strategic partner in People & Culture, gaining a thorough understanding of business priorities and workforce dynamics to align people strategies, programs, and solutions with organizational goals.
• Offers leaders future-oriented insights, workforce analysis, and strategic advice to assist in decision-making, enhance organizational effectiveness, facilitate talent planning, and boost business performance.
• Collaborates with leaders to foresee and tackle workforce challenges, such as organizational design, change management, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
• Serves as a trusted advisor and coach to both leaders and employees on matters of performance management, employee relations, workplace issues, leadership effectiveness, and culture, balancing business outcomes with employee experiences and risk management.
• Leads and facilitates strategic initiatives and business-critical projects, ensuring that people and culture considerations are woven into planning, implementation, and results.
• Leverages workforce data, trends, and organizational insights to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and developing needs, proposing proactive solutions to enhance engagement, retention, inclusion, and organizational capability.
• Collaborates with People & Culture Centers of Excellence to guarantee the cohesive delivery of talent, learning, total rewards, organizational development, and employee experience strategies.
• Ensures adherence to employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies while remaining vigilant of evolving legislative and workforce trends that may influence OCHIN.
• Promotes continuous improvement by introducing innovative practices, tools, and methodologies that enhance organizational agility, leadership capabilities, employee development, and business effectiveness.
• Cultivates trusted relationships throughout the organization, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and a culture of high performance that aligns with OCHIN's mission and values.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience across multiple People and Culture disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and applicable federal and state laws preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Professional People and Culture Certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred.
• Ability to foster effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing data, drawing reliable conclusions, and recommending operational enhancements.
• Experience in implementing HR initiatives and achieving results in a dynamic, growing business environment.
• Capable of self-management and working independently, as well as within a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that promote collaboration and build trust.
• Experience in a growing, multistate organization, with the flexibility to occasionally meet business needs outside of standard hours across different time zones.
• Excellent coaching and influencing abilities, with a knack for guiding leaders through complex situations.
• Consistent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a commitment to customer service.
• Regular involvement in creativity, mentoring, presentations, and teaching.
• Occasionally required to make decisions and exercise independent judgment or action.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, writing, and understanding English.
