• Take charge of the operational framework for People & Culture, ensuring our processes are dependable, defensible, and designed for growth.
• Keep precise HRIS records, organizational structures, and reporting lines.
• Generate workforce and headcount reports.
• Adhere to data privacy standards and promptly flag any inconsistencies.
• Assist with payroll cycles and related documentation.
• Manage changes in salary, benefits, and incentives.
• Maintain compensation records that are compliant and audit-ready.
• Coordinate interviews and manage hiring workflows.
• Ensure ATS integrity and maintain compliance documentation.
• Foster a consistent and professional experience for candidates.
• Oversee performance review cycles and PIP documentation.
• Implement onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Facilitate engagement surveys and track participation.
• Organize compliance training and keep completion records.
• Ensure that all regulatory training requirements are fulfilled.
• Document workflows and identify any gaps.
• Suggest and support enhancements to processes.
• Contribute to the development of scalable People systems.
• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations or HR Systems.
• Background in a fast-paced or regulated environment (tech/fintech preferred).
• Proficient in HRIS and ATS.
• Familiarity with payroll support and employment documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong understanding of compliance and documentation standards.
• Ability to escalate risks confidently.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
• Proactive, structured, and process-oriented.
• Adaptable to changing environments.
• Commercially curious.
