People Operations Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle operations.

• Ensure the precision of employee information across HRIS, payroll, and internal systems.

• Manage HR policies, templates, and internal communications directed at employees.

• Assist in resolving employee relations concerns with sound judgment and discretion.

• Guarantee a seamless and high-quality employee experience throughout all lifecycle phases.

• Collaborate with Finance on payroll management, compensation modifications, and audits.

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on matters related to personnel.

• Coordinate calendars, interviews, and scheduling involving multiple hiring managers and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in HRBP, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles within high-growth settings.

• A robust work ethic and a high degree of agency.

• A strong operational mindset with a proven history of managing end-to-end processes.

• Exceptional judgment in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues.

• Capability to introduce structure, clarity, and systems in situations of ambiguity.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on execution.

• Familiarity with US employment laws, payroll management, and compliance (preferred).

• Experience in managing calendars, coordinating interviews, and scheduling with various hiring managers and stakeholders.
