People Operations Coach – SVP/C-suite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish one-on-one partnerships with Mento members to assist them in identifying and monitoring specific goals.

• Deliver individual coaching to members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engage in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Maintain communication with members via Mento email or chat between sessions.

• Share coaching resources and insights within the coaching community.

• Demonstrate kindness, respect, and empathy while serving as an ambassador of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 20 years of experience leading HR teams and coaching individuals.

• A desire to transform people leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• A strong passion for assisting individuals in their professional advancement.

• High self-awareness and emotional intelligence.

• Comfortable navigating a rapidly evolving startup environment.

• Available to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for the next 24+ months.
