People Operations Coach – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and capabilities.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being a vital part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights, aiding in the improvement of our coaching practices and fulfilling our mission to empower individuals to thrive in careers they love.

• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A VP+ or C-suite human resources leader with over 20 years of experience in managing HR teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Aiming to transform people leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Passionate about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling professional and personal lives.

• A self-aware individual with a high emotional IQ who values creating a safe environment for others to express vulnerability.

• Eager to develop your coaching skills and maintain a growth mindset throughout the coaching journey, regardless of your coaching experience level.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic startup environment.

• Available to commit a minimum of 12+ hours monthly to coaching at Mento for at least the next 24 months.

• You should have the capacity to dedicate a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, regardless of other commitments and their potential changes.

• You must be available to work with Mento for at least 24 months to establish meaningful relationships with our members.

• This position is fully remote and open to candidates located across Europe.
