People Operations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main People Operations partner for designated ambulatory surgery centers, fostering trusted connections with center leaders and team members.

• Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance team member engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

• Offer guidance and coaching on matters related to employee relations.

• Assist employees and managers in navigating organizational changes.

• Work alongside leaders to enhance managerial capabilities through coaching, constructive feedback, and practical resources.

• Identify trends and opportunities within the supported centers and cooperate with the broader People Operations team to develop solutions.

• Help to promote Compass culture, values, and operational practices across various teams and locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in an HR generalist, HR business partner, or comparable position.

• Experience in supporting leaders and employees within a fast-paced, multi-site, or field-based setting.

• Strong grasp of HR best practices, fundamental employment laws, and compliance considerations.

• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with employees and leaders at all levels.

• Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential team member information and sensitive situations.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple locations, competing needs, and shifting priorities autonomously.
