Business Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits of every Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) across all departments.

• Challenge existing processes to identify outdated habits that have gone unexamined.

• Revamp dysfunctional SOPs utilizing AI, suitable technology tools, and Hubspot.

• Perform an annual assessment of legacy SOPs to ensure operational efficiency.

• Take ownership of the complete SOP manual, serving as the guardian of Raise Away's operational methods.

• Manage the implementation of new or revised SOPs.

• Supervise Hubspot and optimize the workflows within each department.

• Identify friction points and eliminate bottlenecks in daily operations.

• Collaborate with all teams to ensure smooth handoffs between departments.

• Oversee the Raise Away Black Box, our internal repository for all procedures and operations.

• Conduct root cause analyses to identify issues and work with teams to resolve them.

• Maintain the operating rhythm through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with department leaders and the CEO.

• Engage directly in projects across all departments.

• Ensure teams stay on schedule and within budget for deliverables.

• Organize all company and departmental projects in Asana.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in senior operational management roles.

• At least 3 years of project management experience.

• Background in a "scale-up" environment; you have contributed to growth rather than just maintaining the status quo.

• Proficient in Asana 💯.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Ability to design and manage Hubspot, rather than just navigate it.
