Business Process Consultant, Green Belt

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Evaluates, plans, and executes moderately complex operational process enhancement requirements

• Serves as a re-engineering advisor to other transformation teams regarding methods, techniques, and tools

• Collaborates closely with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and CX teams to document current processes

• Performs an in-depth gap analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies and recommend improvements

• Develops and sustains clear, concise, and standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Conducts regular reviews and validations of process documentation to ensure adherence to operational standards

• Works in partnership with the training department to synchronize training materials with documented processes

• Creates and updates documentation templates, tools, and resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, business administration, or healthcare is preferred

• Green Belt Certification is mandatory

• Five or more years of experience in organizational change consulting

• Familiarity with business re-engineering processes and the technology sector

• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, SOP development, or documentation within complex environments

• Proficient in utilizing re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques

• Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail

• Competence in facilitating meetings using Microsoft Office tools
