• Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Keep precise employee records and manage HR systems (HRIS).
• Assist in performance management cycles, employee relations issues, and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote employee development and retention strategies.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations as well as internal policies.
• Aid in the implementation and enhancement of HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, culture, and communication.
• Help administer employee surveys and action planning.
• Assist in coordinating company events, training sessions, and internal programs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Aid in job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Help manage updates to the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including employee relations, compliance, HRIS, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience in supporting recruitment processes or collaborating closely with talent acquisition teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Capability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Greenhouse and ADP).
• Exposure to multi-state employment practices.
