This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee team utilization to guarantee equitable workload distribution and effective resource management.

• Facilitate team meetings and fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities (e.g., reports, annual evaluations).

• Keep abreast of SAP technologies and industry best practices, fostering innovation and team development.

• Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, including responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation.

• Establish development objectives, offer consistent feedback, and perform annual performance assessments to promote team advancement.

• Over 10 years of experience in a People Lead position within SAP Consulting.

• Responsible for strategizing, managing large teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of employee skills, certifications, and project experiences.

• Analyze and track resource utilization (billable hours) to prevent over- or under-utilization, and predict future demand to avert capacity issues.

• Build and lead high-performing teams, mentor consultants, and promote a culture of teamwork and innovation.

• Support employee development by aligning project assignments with career goals and encouraging skill enhancement.

• Capable of coaching, developing, and motivating team members to achieve both individual and collective success.

• Strong project management abilities, with experience in overseeing complex, large-scale SAP projects from inception to completion.

• Solution-focused with a proactive hands-on approach.
