People Experience and Engagement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• - Oversee comprehensive employee experience initiatives throughout the organization, ensuring key engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and lifecycle activities are consistently executed in a professional and timely manner.

• - Take ownership of people experience programs and calendars, including the annual Experience Calendar, ensuring all activities are planned, communicated, and delivered in alignment with organizational priorities.

• - Implement employee engagement programs and communications, such as Town Halls, internal newsletters, Lunch & Learn sessions, recognition activities, celebrations, and milestone events, ensuring high-quality content, active participation, and seamless execution.

• - Lead and manage the Fun Committee, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, setting agendas, recording and maintaining minutes, keeping members on track with agreed actions and timelines, managing the committee budget and charter, collecting and reporting on event feedback and participation metrics, and ensuring activities align with employee engagement objectives.

• - Oversee the planning and execution of internal engagement events across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and remote teams, managing logistics, catering, bookings, invitations, RSVPs, budgets, and post-event feedback.

• - Administer the blueSTAR recognition and incentives program, coordinating nominations, awards, Town Hall content, stakeholder inputs, and annual points tracking to foster a culture of high performance and appreciation.

• - Enhance onboarding and induction experiences, collaborating with the human resources team to ensure new starters feel welcomed, engaged, and integrated through global induction sessions, communication touchpoints, and leader involvement.

• - Advocate for wellbeing, inclusion, and connection initiatives, including the We Care Program, cultural celebrations, flu vaccinations, and lifecycle acknowledgments, ensuring activities reflect organizational values and diversity priorities.

• - Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, Senior Leadership, People Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and the Fun Committee, to align engagement activities with business needs and employee experience objectives.

• - Keep accurate records, documentation, and digital spaces, including SharePoint sites, Teams channels, calendars, and event materials, ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organized.

• - Track participation, feedback, and engagement metrics, utilizing insights to continuously enhance initiatives and report on outcomes as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• - The ideal candidate is highly driven and organized, possessing the following qualifications:

• - Prior experience in HR, Engagement, Events, or Coordination roles.

• - Demonstrated experience in coordinating events, programs, or initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

• - Strong organizational and time management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.

• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including internal communications and presentations.

• - Confidence in working with senior leaders and facilitating group sessions or events.

• - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

• - Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with various teams.

• - Understanding of employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and inclusion principles.
