People Development Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Play a crucial role in implementing the People Development Strategic Playbook throughout the organization.

• Contribute creatively to the design of engaging learning experiences for blended (mainly digital), multi-format support tailored to the learner experience and employee lifecycle.

• Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to enhance Team Member capabilities in behavior, skills, knowledge, and performance.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify developmental needs and create effective online solutions.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

• Ensure that all courses you develop undergo thorough reviews and adaptations based on feedback as part of the Performance Development evaluation processes and ROI reporting.

• Work with and consult subject matter experts (SMEs) to ascertain learning needs and objectives.

• Collect precise design requirements and facilitate a productive development process.

• Maintain and revise internal content and curriculum as needed.

• Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps.

• Recommend and ensure that desired outcomes are achieved while continuously evolving products within the People Development portfolio.

• Develop project plans for the design and development of identified solutions.

• Create and develop dynamic instructional content and simulations to deliver interactive, engaging, and impactful courses.

• Innovatively promote engagement among all team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a professional equivalent such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP), or Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).

• At least 2 years of experience creating corporate e-Learning using tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe, Synthesia, and PowerPoint.

• A curious mindset coupled with a strong desire to learn and develop, evidenced by Continuous Professional Development.

• Solid understanding of andragogy principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.

• Up-to-date knowledge of e-learning practices and strategies, including micro and bite-sized learning.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage with all levels within the organization and external vendors.

• Experience in implementing and utilizing an LMS and online learning technology.

• Proficient in data analysis and using insights for decision-making and recommendations to business leaders and the People Leadership Team.

• Strategic thinker capable of aligning learning initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

• Experience in the Gaming Industry is a distinct advantage.
