• Completed vocational training or a degree in the field of human resources or a comparable qualification

• In-depth knowledge of recruiting topics, particularly active sourcing

• Relevant professional experience in IT recruiting

• Interest in current recruiting trends

• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style

• Enjoyment of open communication and approaching people

• Excellent English language skills
