This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Manage the entire hiring process — reviewing applications on a daily basis, conducting screening calls, and ensuring swift progress.
• Actively fill the hiring pipeline — sourcing candidates through LinkedIn (both manual and automated methods), outbound outreach via Lemlist, job advertisements, and AI sourcing tools.
• Oversee pre-onboarding and check-ins for new hires to ensure a smooth transition from day one.
• Develop and implement our performance review process (both quarterly and annual) in collaboration with leadership.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, working closely with department heads and team members to ensure accuracy.
• Cultivate our culture and Learning & Development initiatives — from planning and hosting bi-annual meetups to designing programs that foster team growth and connectivity.
• You have experience managing hiring and people operations in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
• You are quick to act — candidates do not remain in your ATS for extended periods.
• You are proficient with tools: Ashby, Lemlist, and capable of building outreach lists from the ground up.
• You take complete ownership of your responsibilities — you proactively identify what needs to be done next without waiting for direction.
• Genuine autonomy to create people operations in your style, rather than following a pre-existing model.
