This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership on workforce planning, talent management, retention strategies, succession planning, and teammate experience initiatives.

• Provide guidance to leaders on personnel decisions that align with business goals and enterprise priorities.

• Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities through data analysis, feedback from leaders, insights from teammates, and operational metrics.

• Work alongside People & Culture Centers of Excellence to implement solutions for organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

• Assist in organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.

• Mentor leaders to enhance their leadership skills, reinforce organizational culture, and improve team effectiveness.

• Utilize workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to support recommendations and action plans.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development teams on initiatives for leader development and capability enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and People & Culture practices; appropriately escalate risks and concerns.

• Cultivate relationships across the organization and influence results through effective stakeholder management.

• Oversee multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.

• Exemplify Advocate Health's values and promote the responsible use of data, technology, and AI-driven tools in decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least five years of experience in Human Resources within a large healthcare system or a similarly complex organization.

• Proven experience in partnering with leaders to create and implement people strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, teammate experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

• Experience in interpreting workforce data and human capital metrics to guide recommendations and solutions.

• Strong consulting, influencing, and relationship management abilities.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to present complex information in a clear, actionable format.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty, manage change effectively, and exercise sound judgment in complex scenarios.

• Experience in supporting organizational change, restructuring efforts, and leader coaching initiatives.

• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in HR technologies, digital platforms, workforce analytics tools, and reporting systems.

• A demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, compliance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Preferred: Previous experience in a healthcare setting.

• Preferred: Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).

• Preferred: Experience aiding large, complex organizations through transformational change initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience utilizing workforce analytics and AI-driven tools for strategic workforce decision-making.

• Travel may be necessary to support assigned business areas and leaders.

• A professional business-casual appearance is expected when interacting with leaders and business partners.

• Participation on camera during virtual meetings is required.
