This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for designated team members regarding People and Culture inquiries.
• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with assigned team members to monitor allocated tasks and identify any challenges.
• Relay feedback to the Customer Success team and participate in impromptu meetings with clients to address any issues that arise.
• Join monthly meetings with the Customer Success team and clients, providing input from team members as necessary.
• Collaborate with the People and Culture Administrator to maintain the HRIS, BambooHR, including managing records.
• Embody and advocate for the company's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
• Assist the overall people & culture team in organizing events and encourage active participation from team members.
• Manage the entire onboarding process from contract signing to the first day for both team members and clients.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for both clients and team members.
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to coordinate onboarding with clients and relevant IT stakeholders.
• Provide support to team members regarding Learning & Development policies, programs, and practices.
• Make sure all team members have a development plan and that training is organized annually, with quarterly reviews.
• Maintain the LMS to document completed training.
• Assist team members with their learning needs.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to create and implement programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
• Oversee the daily management of all benefits for team members.
• Ensure the HRIS is current with remuneration and benefits information for team members.
• Confirm that all team members complete their performance reviews in accordance with company policy.
• Follow up with relevant team members on performance improvement plans after execution.
• Assist clients with strategic retention strategies to support team members and the organization.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts, leadership development programs, and organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct regular evaluations of organizational culture and employee sentiment, identifying improvement areas and implementing action plans to address concerns.
• Prior experience in a Business Partner role.
• Proficient consulting and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with human resources organizational policies and practices.
• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong service orientation.
• Knowledge of current legislation.
• High attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team.
• Provide assistance and guidance to Dijital Team clients and team members.
• Utilize technical and professional expertise across a wide range of HR policies, programs, and practices.
