People Business Partner – GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• In the role of People Business Partner for Go-to-Market (GTM), you will not merely "handle HR"—you will serve as the strategic architect propelling our global growth.

• Collaborate directly with our Chief Sales Officer, Vice Presidents, and People Leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to synchronize our people strategy with ambitious revenue objectives and market expansion initiatives.

• Ensure that we have the high-performance talent, agile organizational structures, and visionary leadership essential for amplifying our impact and accelerating the shift towards a sustainable future.

• Offer expert HR guidance to leaders, converting complex business needs into effective people solutions.

• Spearhead workforce planning and restructuring efforts to guarantee that our global organizational design models are optimized for effective delivery.

• Manage the complete talent lifecycle, from high-standard performance evaluation and calibration to identifying our future leaders.

• Evaluate people metrics and trends to generate actionable insights that influence decisions made by executives.

• Assist managers with intricate casework and employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, empathetic, and compliant approach across all global jurisdictions.

• Lead the people aspects of organizational change, ensuring that our teams stay engaged and aligned during transitions or growth spurts.

• Serve as the "voice of the employee" by examining global engagement survey data (CultureAmp).

• GTM Expertise: Demonstrated experience as an HRBP supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Global Scalability: Proven experience managing remote or international teams with a solid understanding of global labor standards.

• High-Performance Coaching: A natural talent for coaching high-energy sales and marketing managers into exceptional people leaders who effectively balance "the numbers" with a positive team culture.

• Agility in Motion: You excel in the fast-paced "turbulence" of a scaling GTM organization and can assist teams in navigating shifts in market strategy with clarity and composure.
