This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Customer Success & Support leadership team, aligning People strategy with business goals while assisting leaders in building high-performing teams during times of rapid growth and transition.
• Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team structure, and operating models to enhance efficiency, accountability, and business results.
• Work alongside our Talent team to attract outstanding talent while formulating retention and succession strategies that reinforce leadership capabilities and support long-term growth.
• Mentor managers and leaders in performance management, talent choices, and employee relations issues, nurturing a culture of high standards, ongoing feedback, and accountability.
• Advocate for initiatives that embody Owner’s values and foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Utilize employee feedback and organizational insights to enhance our operational methods continuously.
• Leverage data to identify trends, reveal opportunities, and influence decisions regarding performance, retention, engagement, and organizational well-being. Convert insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
• Ensure that People practices adhere to relevant employment laws and regulations across our global workforce, balancing compliance with a practical, business-oriented approach.
• At least 5+ years of proven experience in People Operations, focusing on business partnership, ideally within Customer Success & Support, preferably in a startup setting and supporting a global workforce.
• Flourishes in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with the adaptability and enthusiasm to respond quickly, address diverse challenges, and contribute effectively to a high-energy team.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of local legislation concerning the U.S. and LATAM (Mexico & Colombia). Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage!
• Expertise in organizational development, including a solid understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Exceptional judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in the HR tech stack (preferably Rippling HRIS & Lattice), with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and empower team members at all levels.
