This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• This position is not focused on "HR administration." Instead, it emphasizes the development of high-performing teams and facilitating transformation within a global, technology-driven landscape.
• You will serve as the primary expert for your business sector, advising leaders on strategies to attract, nurture, and retain top-tier talent while ensuring that employee experiences evolve in tandem with our business goals.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle: from identifying hiring needs and creating scorecards to onboarding, professional development, and staff retention.
• Collaborate with leaders as a trusted advisor to ensure that every personnel decision aligns with business targets and enhances performance outcomes.
• Work alongside Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards to synchronize hiring priorities, budgets, and organizational capacity quarterly.
• Ensure excellence and clarity in the hiring process — every position supported by a well-defined scorecard, level, and job description.
• Direct onboarding experiences that effectively integrate new employees into the business and its culture.
• Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, including reviews, calibrations, and succession planning.
• Promote development and growth initiatives — ensuring that every high-potential employee has an Individual Development Plan (IDP) and every underperformer has a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
• Conduct reviews of organizational structure, identifying efficiency gaps and redesigning teams for scalability and agility.
• Drive transformative initiatives linked to business growth, operational excellence, or cultural enhancement.
• Analyze ENPS and engagement data to design and execute strategies that improve retention and motivation.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to evaluate skill deficiencies and co-manage training programs for your departments.
• Offer guidance and coaching to leaders and team members to boost performance, alignment, and collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to policies and that people processes are consistently applied across your department.
• Partner with PMO, Process, and Audit Excellence teams to reinforce leadership routines and operational discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior-level People/HR Manager or HR Business Partner within dynamic, fast-growing, or multinational settings.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with functional leaders to influence strategic choices.
• Practical expertise in performance management, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
• Strong analytical capabilities to establish KPIs, monitor dashboards, and streamline processes.
• Certification in project management (or a willingness to complete a 4-month asynchronous PM course funded by Trafilea).
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal) — adept at cross-functional and global collaboration.
• Proven track record of supporting your designated functional area (e.g., Marketing, IT, Finance, or Operations).
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to convert people insights into quantifiable business results.
• A proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to leadership and teamwork.
