• Create effective organizational frameworks and team practices.

• Be the primary resource for all personnel inquiries.
• Previous experience in a strategic business partnering role along with strong generalist expertise.
• Prior experience collaborating with tech teams (preferred).
• Background in a startup or rapidly growing multi-territory organization.
• Proven experience in change management and organizational development.
• Established facilitation and coaching abilities.
• Capacity to delve into details while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Proactive and action-oriented mindset.
• Business acumen, with the ability to align business strategy with people priorities.
• Skillful in asking incisive questions to uncover the core of issues.
• Flexibility to work remotely from home or any other location.
• Adaptable working hours.
