This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee documentation and records.
• Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries regarding time off, missed hours, and general HR questions.
• Engage with team members regularly through phone, WhatsApp, or Google Call.
• Collaborate with outsourced HR to guarantee compliance and adherence to best practices.
• **Operations & Scheduling Support**
• Upload and manage schedules within our operations system.
• Review and modify clock-in/clock-out hours as necessary.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping for proper weekly payroll processing.
• Assist Area Managers with operational coordination and follow-up.
• **Systems & Organization**
• Keep organized Google Drive folders and shared documents.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, including dropdowns and tracking tools.
• Ensure workflows are organized and current.
• Proactively identify and address issues before they escalate.
• Experience providing HR support in a U.S. labor-oriented business.
• Strong understanding of people-intensive operations, preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or similar sectors.
• **Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)**.
• Proficient in Google Drive and spreadsheet applications.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with staff on a daily basis.
• **Work Style & Expectations**
• **Core hours: 7:00–11:00 a.m. EST, Monday through Friday**, to support our overnight teams as they conclude their shifts. The rest of the workday is **flexible**.
• Availability for **two hours on Saturday and Sunday (7:00–9:00 a.m.)** is also required.
• Self-motivated and responsible.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through.
• Comfortable collaborating across HR, payroll, and operations functions.
