This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding and orientation process to ensure that new employees receive essential information and resources while fostering an engaging experience.
• Provide logistical and administrative assistance for onboarding sessions and initial training activities.
• Execute onboarding surveys and follow-up discussions to gather initial insights, forwarding key findings to People Strategic Managers to aid in enhancements.
• Coordinate the documentation process and ensure compliance with internal policies alongside the People Operations Specialist.
• Manage People & Culture Confluence pages, ensuring clear communication of current policies and procedures.
• Monitor the completion of mandatory training modules and maintain precise records of personnel training status.
• Evaluate training surveys, reporting significant findings to People Strategic Managers to facilitate improvements.
• Support engagement initiatives established by the People Strategic Management team.
• Analyze the Annual Engagement Survey, communicating key findings to People Strategic Managers to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to promote People Engagement.
• Supervise and execute module workflows to enhance the utilization of the Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.
• Maintain People metrics on HiBob.
• Compile periodic reports with insights and trends based on business needs.
• 3–5 years of experience in a People Assistant, People Experience, or a similar role, preferably in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Practical experience with HR systems, particularly HiBob, including setup, navigation, and reporting functionalities.
• Proficiency in writing, organizing, and managing documentation, preferably within Confluence.
• Comfortable working with and developing HR metrics and dashboards to support reporting and insights.
• Proactive, collaborative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a data-informed approach to problem-solving, process enhancement, and people management.
