This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist the Manager of People Analytics in executing Ticketmaster HR’s strategy for people data.
• Create, manage, and improve Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) to fulfill HR and business reporting requirements.
• Extract, compile, and verify HR data from various systems including Workday, Culture Amp, and other HR platforms.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards on people metrics, encompassing turnover, retention, recruitment, DEI, talent mobility, rewards, and additional workforce indicators.
• Develop and refresh analytics dashboards (e.g., in Workday) for HR and business executives.
• Aid in the establishment and monitoring of key people KPIs through automated reporting.
• Contribute to the creation and presentation of organizational health scorecards and insights packages for senior HR and business leaders.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities, delivering clear explanations and insights.
• Address ad-hoc reporting and data inquiries across various HR and business sectors.
• Provide expertise in Workday reporting to enhance the adoption of self-service reporting.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy through rigorous data quality checks and validation processes.
• Assist in automating recurring reporting processes, including the integration of datasets for biannual promotion cycles.
• Uphold confidentiality and follow best practices for protecting sensitive workforce data.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of people analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in People Analytics or business analytics roles.
• Practical experience in building Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite is essential).
• Familiarity with Workday data sources, business objects, report joins, prompts, custom objects, and report optimization.
• Understanding of security domains related to reporting and data access.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Preferred working knowledge of Workday (or another HRIS), Culture Amp, Smartsheet, Google Docs, and other related systems.
• Solid understanding of HR analytics reporting best practices.
• Knowledge of various HR analytics KPIs is required (e.g., time to fill, turnover, etc.).
• Experience with or interest in AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.
• Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address data issues and other obstacles to progress.
• Experience in data analysis and mining using tools such as Alteryx, R, or Python is preferred.
• Familiarity with querying data using SQL is preferred.
