People Analytics, Workday Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the Manager of People Analytics in executing Ticketmaster HR’s people data strategy.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) to fulfill HR and business reporting requirements.

• Extract, compile, and verify HR data from various systems including Workday, Culture Amp, and additional people platforms.

• Generate regular reports and dashboards on people metrics encompassing turnover, retention, recruitment, DEI, talent mobility, rewards, and other workforce indicators.

• Create and update analytics dashboards (for instance, in Workday) for HR and business leadership.

• Aid in the establishment and monitoring of key people KPIs through automated reporting.

• Assist in the development and presentation of organizational health scorecards and insights packages for senior HR and business leaders.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities while providing clear explanations and insights.

• Address ad-hoc reporting and data inquiries across various HR and business domains.

• Offer expertise in Workday reporting to promote the use of self-service reporting.

• Ensure high data accuracy standards through quality checks and validation processes.

• Facilitate the automation of recurring reporting processes, which includes merging datasets for biannual promotion cycles.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with best practices for protecting sensitive workforce data.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of people analytics tools, methodologies, and processes.

• Support additional projects and responsibilities as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in People Analytics or business analytics.

• Practical experience in creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite required).

• Knowledge of Workday data sources, business objects, report joins, prompts, custom objects, and report optimization.

• Understanding of security domains related to reporting and data access.

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

• Familiarity with Workday (or other HRIS), Culture Amp, Smartsheet, Google Docs, and related systems is preferred.

• Solid understanding of HR analytics reporting best practices.

• Awareness of various people analytics KPIs is essential (e.g., time to fill, turnover, etc.).

• Experience with or interest in AI-driven analytics tools is a plus.

• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address data issues and overcome barriers.

• Experience in data analysis and data mining using tools such as Alteryx, R, or Python is preferred.

• Experience in querying data with SQL is preferred.
