This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• People Data Analysis: Leveraging data from both internal and external sources and employing statistical techniques to uncover patterns related to recruitment, attrition, engagement, organizational structure, compensation practices, and more.
• Connecting Data with Business Needs and People Strategy: Collaborating with People Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Business leadership to identify data trends and integrate business context, thereby making meaningful connections between experiences and data.
• Strategic Advisor: Providing actionable and well-informed recommendations to enhance policies, workforce planning, talent development, retention, and more to meet business objectives.
• Reporting and Visualization: Gathering and synthesizing data into intuitive dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics, ideally within a corporate setting; encompassing employee engagement, pay parity, and attrition trends analysis.
• Proficiency in business analysis, data analysis, and/or statistical analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and HRIS systems, demonstrating strong proficiency.
• Excellent capabilities in Excel and data analysis.
