People Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assists the Human Resources department by creating, analyzing, and managing workforce reports, people metrics, and dashboards.

• Converts HR and employee lifecycle data into valuable insights.

• Collaborates across HR to deliver precise reporting and actionable analysis.

• Plays a vital role in assessing the effectiveness of HR programs.

• Accountable for developing and maintaining dashboards, analyzing workforce trends, validating HR data, and preparing reporting materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, business analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a similar analytical position.

• Proven experience in creating reports, dashboards, metrics, or data visualizations.

• Familiarity with workforce, HR, recruiting, employee, or operational data.

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights.

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience utilizing dashboard or business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.

• Background in working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or employee data systems.

• Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard design.

• Knowledge of HR metrics and the employee lifecycle.

• Preferred experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, or similar HR technology platforms.

• Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, people analytics certification, Power BI certification, Tableau certification, or related credentials are preferred.
