This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries across Europe and the UK.
• Enhance internal HR procedures, focusing on employee engagement initiatives and providing support to managers.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of employee records and performance progression data.
• Assist in the implementation of a global Talent Acquisition system and onboarding process for self-service.
• Aid in the operational aspects of employee relations, contract management, and policy evaluation.
• Offer operational assistance for performance management, employee development cycles, and training programs for managers and coaching.
• Proven experience with a People tech stack, preferably including ATS, performance & employee voice, LMS/LXP, and HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
• Familiarity with HR payroll outputs and tax regulations.
• Recent qualifications in Human Resources (HR/HRD) or Organisational Development (OD), equivalent to BA/BSc/CIPD Level 5/SHRM-CP level.
• Commitment to professionalism and maintaining strict confidentiality in all circumstances.
