Penetration Tester – Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular penetration testing (weekly) on infrastructure and mobile applications, encompassing Retorna’s stack from start to finish.

• Focus specifically on the security assessment of mobile apps (iOS/Android).

• Develop and implement a proactive testing program to transition from the current reactive, ad-hoc, case-based strategy.

• Oversee the management of discovered vulnerabilities: prioritizing, tracking remediation timelines, and coordinating with the relevant teams.

• Aid in enhancing App Security practices beyond just point-in-time penetration testing.

• Establish the foundation to eventually integrate Red Teaming capabilities into the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in penetration testing, particularly with mobile applications.

• Experience with a large security consultancy is advantageous.

• Background in App Security, extending beyond just offensive security.

• Proficient in managing vulnerabilities throughout their lifecycle: reporting, prioritization, and coordinating timelines and processes with other teams.

• Ability to work autonomously 100% remotely within a team spread across multiple countries.

• Preferred: initial interest or experience in Red Teaming.
