Penetration Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute penetration testing for networks, applications (API, mobile, and web), and Social Engineering.

• Collaborate closely with team members to perform penetration tests on customer networks, applications (API, web, and mobile), and/or social engineering initiatives to fulfill the client's engagement objectives.

• Provide clients with insights regarding vulnerabilities, remediation strategies, and compliance obligations.

• Compile final reports for clients and ensure timely delivery within agreed-upon schedules.

• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee project readiness in coordination with internal teams and clients.

• Engage in continuous professional growth by obtaining industry-relevant certifications (must be prepared to meet FedRAMP certification standards as specified by A2LA).

• Conduct project debriefs with clients to inform them of the results of their penetration tests.

• Mentor and train junior team members.

• Engage with clients and other internal delivery team members throughout the duration of each project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in professional services.

• More than 3 years of experience in web application and network penetration testing.

• Proficient in one or more scripting languages (e.g., bash, python, PowerShell, ruby, etc.).

• Strong technical understanding of penetration testing methodologies.

• Knowledgeable about best practices frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, OSSTMM, and/or PTES.

• Preferred certifications include eCPPT, OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, or GPEN.
