This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Deliver group-focused interventions and case management for individuals with Substance Use Disorders.
β’ Lead psychoeducational, skills-development, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal process, and support-oriented groups.
β’ Collaborate in co-facilitating multidisciplinary groups and conduct shared follow-up appointments.
β’ Provide remote crisis intervention management.
β’ Prepare documentation in alignment with organizational and state regulations.
β’ Engage in meetings, supervision sessions, and clinical audits.
β’ Uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part II standards.
β’ Handle member communications via chat, email, and phone.
β’ Address member chats and messages promptly.
β’ Offer Behavioral Health support groups along with necessary documentation.
β’ Supply individualized resources to members.
β’ Complete tasks related to referrals, resources, and discharge processes.
β’ Address member inquiries and support service-level performance metrics.
β’ Operate independently while following established schedules and priorities.
β’ Facilitate evening groups at least twice a week and weekend groups up to twice a month.
β’ Peer Recovery Support Certification is REQUIRED.
β’ Experience in facilitating support groups is essential.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in peer recovery.
β’ Preferred background in customer service environments.
β’ Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part II regulations.
β’ Understanding of addiction recovery processes.
β’ Previous case management experience is advantageous.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
β’ Excellent communication abilities are a must.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills are necessary.
β’ Must inform if you currently operate a private practice or plan to establish one during employment; outside private practice activities require written approval from the Supervisor.
β’ Comfortable providing treatment to both adults and adolescents.
β’ Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend groups.
