Pediatrician, CA License, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive clinical services to children and adolescents with ADHD and their families, emphasizing diagnostic assessments and medication management.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional care.

• Perform administrative tasks and maintain clinical documentation promptly and accurately.

• Participate in the implementation, assessment, and iterative development of programs to guarantee the highest quality of care delivery.

• This role is primarily clinical, but there may be opportunities for growth into program development and other leadership roles, depending on employee interests and organizational needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California.

• Capable of prescribing treatment plans, including the administration and management of ADHD stimulant medications.

• Board certified in Pediatrics.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in patient care.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Experience working with diverse families and a willingness to engage in ongoing training to enhance culturally responsive treatment skills.

• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine, focusing on evidence-based interventions that benefit children and families, such as sleep hygiene, nutritional guidance, and physical activity.

• Comfortable using electronic medical records and telemedicine tools to provide virtual care and support to families.

• Enthusiastic about joining a startup and eager to learn new technologies and tools.

• Licensed in additional states or willing to pursue further licenses with support from Clarity Pediatrics Medical Group.
